Fundraising - Due Now!
Most TGC Choirs require fundraising. See chart below for amounts.
Fundraising Due Dates
Families joining in the Fall:
Program Advertisements and/or Love Notes - the week of November 4th on singer's choir rehearsal day.
Greenery - the week of October 21st on singer's choir rehearsal day.
Families joining in the Spring:
Program Advertisements and/or Love Notes - the week of April 13th on singer's choir rehearsal day.
How to Complete Fundraising Requirement
PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENTS: Procure a program advertisement for our annual Sounds of Winter or Sounds of Spring Concert. Fundraising with program ads is available in the fall and spring semesters.
GREENERY SALES: Sell holiday greenery (August to October ONLY).
Families can sell in person with brochures or online with a link to share.
Each item sold receives $10 towards the fundraising requirement.

FUNDRAISING BUY OUT OPTION
Roll the fundraising amount into your tuition.
Pay the full fundraising requirement amount.
A percentage of fundraising beyond the required amount can be applied to tuition or tour costs.
Family volunteers are an invaluable & essential part of TGC. All families are required to volunteer on at least one committee each year (minimum 2 hour commitment).
See chart below for volunteer committees.
We also offer a Buy Out option: families can choose to pay $50.00 in order to be excused from volunteer hours.
Make a Payment
TGC accepts cash, check and Visa/MasterCard/ American Express. All credit/debit card payments incur a 2.5% convenience fee.
What if I am unable to make payment on time?
We understand people experience financial setbacks so if you find that you cannot make payment at the time to cover a particular payment when it is due, please call the office right away. We will work together to make a plan and adjust your payment schedule accordingly. If you do not notify us and payment is not made on time, you will be charged a $25 late fee.
Most TGC Choirs have a formal and informal costume.
Bumblebees and Tutti have an informal costume only.
The informal costume is a TGC polo shirt, plain blue jeans, and white sneakers. The polo shirt is provided by TGC once families pay for it ($20.)
A limited number of pre-owned formal costumes are available at TGC for half-price.

Costumes can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. Order early!
Costume checks will take place during rehearsal in October and March.
TGC posts all rehearsal and concert information on choir-specific calendars.

Text Messaging through Remind App is a free text messaging service that TGC utilizes to make contact with all our families for reminders, updates, and change of events.
TGC automatically includes each family's primary contact number. If you would like to add another number please contact us.
