TGC Directory
TGC provides a TGC Directory of contact information for families. This is a great resource for families to stay in touch throughout the year to arrange carpooling and other TGC related activities. Directory information includes a list of names, phone numbers and email addresses of TGC families. Our Directory is an opt-in directory, meaning that families have to clearly specify that they wish to participate. We do not distribute information beyond the staff and families at the TGC. All Directory information is to be kept confidential and used strictly for TGC business only.
TGC General Model Release Form
I hereby give permission to the Tucson Girls Chorus Association, its agents and/or assignees, permission to use photograph(s) taken of the minor child named below for the Tucson Girls Chorus spring/fall concert programs and/or for other Tucson Girls Chorus promotional use. I relinquish all rights, title, and interest I may have in the finished pictures, negatives, and copies for this purpose. I waive the right of prior approval and hereby release the Tucson Girls Chorus from any and all claims for damages of any and all kinds based on this use of said material. I am of legal age, have the right to contract for the minor, and freely sign this release, which I have read and understand.
