ALAINA WEGNER directs the early childhood Tunes for Tots program, assists with the central Ladybug and Hummingbird Choirs, and directs the Pop A Cappella group at the Tucson Girls Chorus.

With a strong academic background in Music Education and Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona, Alaina is passionate about social-emotional learning through music and empowering children with the joy and expression of singing.

In addition to her work at TGC, Alaina is an award-winning director and arranger with extensive experience in the a cappella world. She has worked with high school and collegiate ensembles across the country, blending her passion for vocal music with her expertise in arranging and performance. Alaina also serves as the Southwest Producer for the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA), creating enriching opportunities for college singers in the contemporary a cappella scene.
