DYLAN DOMINGUEZ received a BM in piano performance and BA in Russian language from the University of Arizona in May of 2018. Dylan studied under Professor Tannis Gibson, and Dr. Nino Bakradze at the Fred Fox School of Music from 2014-2018. Since 2014 he has taught privately, at Artistry Academy, and Allegro School of Music. During the 2017-2018 academic year, he was Faculty at PCC Center for the Arts, and from 2018-2019, he completed a year of teaching at Flowing Wells Junior High as Co-Music Director and Accompanist for the Choir and Band department. He was the recipient of the Fred Fox School of Music’s Fine Arts Tuition Award, 2014-2016, the 2015 and 2016 Michael Moore Memorial Prize for Best Undergraduate Performance in the Lois Trester Piano Competition, the 2015 Medici Scholar Award to pursue his musical studies during the summer of 2015 at the Rebecca Penneys Piano Festival in Florida, and Music Festival Perugia, Italy 2015. Dylan is a tenacious performer and instructor with high interests in continuing his musical pursuits.
