KASSIDY SMITH is the Administrative Manager for the Tucson Girls Chorus. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music with a minor in Arts Administration from the University of Arizona in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership and Management at Arizona State University.
Originally from Connecticut, Kassidy discovered her passion for performing arts leadership and administration in high school and has nurtured it throughout her academic and professional journey. Growing up, she spent countless hours in rehearsals and performances for band, choir, and drama, which shaped her belief that music and arts education is essential for all students. In 2023, she presented at the Imagining America National Gathering, with a participatory session focusing on the mental health and wellbeing of musicians.Â
Outside of work, Kassidy sings with choirs across Tucson, including the Tucson Symphony Orchestra Chorus. She also enjoys caring for her plants and cats, and cooking for friends and family.
